Taunt-Macro for Paladin
#showtooltip
/cast [help] Righteous Defense; [target=targettarget] Righteous Defense
Righteous Defense now functions like Taunt and Growl if you have a hostile targeted, and functions normally if you have a friendly targeted. This macro will pull off up to three targets that are attacking the same friendly as the target you have targeted. For bonus fun pick the “question mark” icon and your hotkey will even have the Righteous Defense icon and display its cooldown properly.

Add #showtooltip before that and it’ll even show the tooltip.
Anyways, thanks!

No pally should be without this macro.
However, it’s not _exectly_ like taunt or growl. Taunt will pull off only the hostile target you have selected. This macro will pull off up to three targets that are attacking the same friendly as the target you have targeted. Not better or worse, just different, keep it in mind.

Its a must, However the pally Must remember that threat generation must be instant and collossal if you want to keep the target its not like warriors and druids. You’ll lose that target very quickly if you don’t do something monumental with it.
